Really? Is it?

No. No, it isn’t. The streak is gonna keep going. The streak has been one of the best things that’s happened to me in a long, long time. Y’all’s support for the streak has made it wonderfully enjoyable.

And I just can’t bring myself to stop.

I mean, I don’t know if I’ll be able to beat my 60 day streak that I had a couple years ago, but I do know that I’ll beat my initial 7-day streak that I tried a while back.

So yeah, starting day-after-tomorrow, I’ll be trying to push for an official #runstreakchallenge for y’all (maybe #geekstreak?). I dunno. Something.

Anyway, today, I talk a bunch about yoga, going over some of the apps that I’ve used and use, as well as other resources (like Mike’s Daily Jedi Workout!):

I also ran in the Asics Nimbus 17s today, and lo and behold, my knee hurt again–but I ran faster than I did in my Altras. So I think the Altras are going to be my dailies (but not the gross kind that ruined WoW for me, tee hee!) and for long-runs, but the Asics may end up being my short-distance shoes and potentially 5k race shoes.
