I also discovered the delight of freeze-dried fruit recently. It’s so good. Aldi had some apples and strawberries I tried on a whim, and they made me realize how much I love healthy snacks.
Drink more water by putting something (like ubber bands) on your water bottle, and you can magically see how much water you’ve drunk during the day. It’s awesome, and it’s simple.
I’m not sure if I’ve told y’all this story before, but I figured I’d let you know what my first few attempts at Couch to 5K were like. In short, they were painful. In detail, they were really painful.
I get asked how to start running a lot. A lot. I love this question because it’s easy to answer: use Couch-to-5K or a program like it. But there’s a problem. C25K is hard. Like really hard. Especially if you’re not a runner. Even more so if you’re not active at all, and you’re just starting out with fitness and exercise.
